Proposed Changes to FCPS Restraint & Seclusion Policy

FCPS has released the draft of their updated Restraint & Seclusion Policy. The school board work session is set for Tuesday, December 1 at 1:00pm. The documents attached to the BoardDocs agenda are shared here below.

This proposed policy does not meet the standards set in the SEPTA Position Statement.

We encourage you to please review the SEPTA Position Statement on Restraint and Seclusion first, and then follow up by reading the FCPS documents below.

The SEPTA board is still reviewing the FCPS documents & will provide additional feedback and action steps ASAP. We will post all future updates to this website (which will auto-share to our Facebook and Twitter).
