August:

September:

September 24:    SEPTA General Membership Meeting, virtual

  • Date and time: Thursday, September 24, 7pm
    • Location: Virtual via Zoom; registration link: https://tinyurl.com/SEPTAGM
    • Cost: Free to attend
    • Purpose: Get organized for this year’s school journey! Meet SEPTA’s officers, approve SEPTA’s budget and advocacy priorities, and learn strategies for beginning the year well with your school team.

September 26:    Joint POAC/SEPTA meeting, Inclusion panel, and lunch fundraiser

  • Date and time: Saturday, September 26, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm (self-pay lunch to follow)
  • Location: West Springfield Government Center and via Zoom; registration link: https://tinyurl.com/POACSEPTA
  • Cost: Free to attend (plus optional lunch costs)
  • Purpose: This program and panel will provide FCPS teachers, staff, and families with insights into how inclusion initiatives are working on the ground at our preschool/elementary, secondary, middle, and high schools. We are also interested in hearing from anyone who has participated in inclusive events and programming at their schools. If you are interested in participating as a panelist, please complete and submit this linked form.
