Virginia PTA Uniform Bylaws
Fairfax County SEPTA is a Local Unit of Virginia PTA. All PTAs in Virginia operate under the same Uniform Bylaws. To see the current year Uniform Bylaws, please visit https://vapta.org/bylaws.
Each year, SEPTA sends one or more delegates to the Virginia PTA Annual Meeting to participate in discussing and voting on proposed amendments to the Bylaws, among other business.
