Parent volunteers and staff sponsors at several FCPS elementary schools have used the linked document below to start a Buddy Program at their schools. The Buddy Program is typically a 30 minute activity during school hours and students chosen for the program do crafts, play games, and other activities together. Buddy programs encourage understanding and friendships among students and promote inclusivity.
